- More than 20 years of experience in the accounting area, working with auditing, consultancy and financial, accounting, tax and labor planning, strategic planning, external audit, analysis of internal controls of Companies, acquisitions and mergers, valuation of companies and projects, Due Due diligence, definition and implementation of KPIs (performance indicators), survey of fixed assets and inventories, among other services linked to companies.
- He worked for many years and in different areas, in the best auditing and consulting companies in the world, such as KPMG and EY.
- Mastery of accounting changes introduced by new accounting rules in Brazil and around the world.
- Proficiency in IFRS and USGAAP.
- Mastery of internal control, compliance, LGPD, ESG processes.
- Bachelor of Accounting Sciences (UMESP), Postgraduate in Tax Law (FMU), Specialization in Valuation (INSPER) and international MBA in Finance (Saint Paul and New York University (NYU).
